Biography:






Bonnie completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Nottingham and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Orthopaedics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). 


She has two years of experience working in a hospital setting, providing specialised care for elderly patients and helping them regain strength and independence in daily activities. 


Since transitioning into private practice, Bonnie has continued to expand her expertise in dry needling, myofascial release and spinal manipulation. Bonnie believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation, recognising that pain is often influenced by more than just physical injury. She takes into account each client’s lifestyle, movement patterns, and overall well-being, aiming to address the underlying factors contributing to discomfort. By combining evidence-based practice with empathetic care, Bonnie supports her clients in achieving not only physical recovery but also lasting functional and mental resilience.


In addition to her clinical specialties, she is also passionate about teaching reformer Pilates.
