Biography:
Christie is a talented and skilful specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, she has gained diverse experience working for the NHS, Birmingham Football Academy, and several renowned private clinics across the City of London.
Completing her MSc in Musculoskeletal Science and Healthcare at UCL has further strengthened her expertise in identifying complex movement patterns that can contribute to sports injuries and everyday pain. Christie has a particular strength in biomechanical assessment and analysis, and she is highly skilled in manipulating the skeletal structure to help diminish painful symptoms and restore functional movement.
Her deep understanding of lower limb rehabilitation is also shaped by her personal experience—having undergone bilateral ACL reconstructions and meniscus repairs following two separate sports injuries. These experiences have given her invaluable insight into the rehabilitation journey, enriching her practice with both empathy and precision.
In addition to her clinical work, Christie is a certified Clinical Pilates instructor (Mat & Reformer), allowing her to integrate targeted movement therapy into her treatment approach.
